The Gay Days Host Hotel is well known for our parties. The parties go on well into the wee hours of the morning at three separate pools. Some rooms are less impacted by the sound; most rooms will enjoy dance party music at louder than usual volume throughout the weekend.
Prices shown below are per night for the 3 night minimum stay, local taxes and fees are not included.

SUITES AVAILABLE (one or two bedroom)
Two bedroom suites are situated in Bldg. 1 and offer a King bedroom and 2-Double Beds connected to a spacious parlor. Parlor features a single-size sleeper sofa, which is comfortable for one additional guest in the privacy of their own room. Suites may be facing any direction. These rooms can only be booked by contacting the Gay Days office directly.
King Junior suites are located in various locations across property. These rooms offer a King bedroom separated from a parlor area by sliding louvered door. Parlor features a single-size sleeper sofa, which is comfortable for one additional guest in the privacy of their own room. Suites may be facing any direction. These rooms also include a small refrigerator.
King Tower Junior Suites are located on the Main Lagoon pool side of the Tower and offer a King bed in a great room setting that includes a spacious seating area overlooking the pool through large windows. These rooms also include a single-size sleeper sofa, which is comfortable for one additional guest.

STUFF YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING
Minimum Stay
All reservations must be made for a minimum 3-night stay. You may choose the check-in and check-out dates that best suit your travel plans, however your stay must include the nights of Friday and Saturday. Additional nights are available at the same rates or lower, depending on the day, for any length of stay.
Cancellation Policy/Penalties
- The initial payment of $100 is NON-REFUNDABLE at any time, however, you can cancel your reservation before January 31, 2012 with no additional charges due.
- Cancellations received after February 1, 2013 but prior to March 1, 2013 will incur a penalty equal to the cost of a 1-night stay.
- Cancellations received on or after March 1, 2013 but before May 1, 2013 will incur a penalty equal to the cost of a 2-night stay.
- Cancellations received on or after May 1, 2013 will be subject to forfeiture of 100% of the total cost of stay.
- ALL cancellations must be accompanied by a signed copy of the Cancellation Statement. Please use the link to click through and print the statement. Fax copies will be accepted along with a photo copy of the credit card holder's ID to initiate cancellation.
Payment Schedule
- A non-refundable $100 charge will be made to reserve each room for Gay Days.
- 50% of the balance due for the entire stay will be due February 1, 2013 and will be charged to your credit card at that time unless we have been notified of your cancellation according to the policy above.
- The final payment of 50% (full balance) due will be payable by March 1, 2013 and will be charged to your credit card at that time unless we have been notified of your cancellation according to the policy above.
As of March 1, 2013 - Full payment for all nights of the stay must be paid at time of booking. These are pre-paid rooms, not just reservations. Please read our cancellation policy statement (above) prior to making a reservation.

Activities, Food & Beverage
GayDayS.com will be pleased to present a number of activities for your enjoyment, at no extra charge (see Calendar). Additional activities may be available for a fee. All rates represent room only. We are not offering room-inclusive packages. NO FOOD OR BEVERAGE SERVICE IS INCLUDED IN OUR ROOM RATES.
Tax
All rates are subject to sales & tourist tax, which will be auto-calculated and charged accordingly when you reserve.
Resort Fee
The Doubletree by Hilton Orlando at SeaWorld doesn't charge a nightly resort fee.
Parking
The Doubletree by Hilton Orlando at SeaWorld only charges for Valet Parking. Self parking is at no charge for registered hotel guests during the Gay Days event.
