POOL SIDE PARTY ROOM & LANAI
Located on the first floor pool-level of the wing building, these rooms encircle the pool area and offer easy access to all the action of the party courtyard. Pool side rooms are exactly the same in configuration as the Standard room listed above, but with the added fun of an over-sized, fenced-in patio and patio furniture for your exclusive use. Your patio offers gated access to the pool & pool bar, directly from your room, without passing through the hotel lobby or interior corridors.

Located in the high-rise tower building of the hotel offering splendid vistas in all directions from your private balcony. These comfortable rooms, on floors 2 through 17, boast a distinctively upgraded bathroom with elegant marble and brass accents. The large bath features an over-sized tub deep enough to soak in, and big enough for two cozy people. Bedding includes two double beds and one twin-size sleeper sofa. Room may be facing any direction.

All the luxuries of the Deluxe Tower Room listed above, with the added comfort and luxury of a king-size Bed for the Royal Couple. All King Suites are situated in the tower building.

The King bedroom connects to a spacious parlor via French doors. Parlor features a full-size sleeper sofa, which can accommodate a second couple in the privacy of their own room. Balcony and upgraded bathroom complete this fabulous two-room suite.

STUFF YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING

Minimum Stay

All reservations must be made for a minimum 3-night stay. You may choose the check-in and check-out dates that best suit your travel plans, however your stay must include the nights of Friday and Saturday. Additional nights are available at the same rates, for any length of stay.

• The initial payment of $100 is NON-REFUNDABLE at any time, however, you can cancel your reservation before January 31, 2008 with no additional charges due.
• Cancellations received after February 1, 2008 but prior to March 1, 2008 will incur a penalty equal to the cost of a 1-night stay.
• Cancellations received on or after March 1, 2008 but before May 1, 2008 will incur a penalty equal to the cost of a 2-night stay.
• Cancellations received on or after May 1, 2008 will be subject to forfeiture of 100% of the total cost of stay.
• ALL cancellations must be accompanied by a signed copy of the Cancellation Statement. Please use the link to click through and print the statement. Fax copies will be accepted along with a photo copy of the credit card holder's ID to initiate cancellation.

Payment Schedule

• A non-refundable $100 charge will be made to reserve each room for Gay Days.
• 50% of the balance due for the entire stay will be due February 1, 2008 and will be charged to your credit card at that time unless we have been notified of your cancellation according to the policy above.
• The final payment of 50% of the balance due will be payable by March 1, 2008 and will be charged to your credit card at that time unless we have been notified of your cancellation according to the policy above.

As of March 1, 2008 - Full payment for all nights of the stay must be paid at time of booking. These are pre-paid rooms, not just reservations. Please read our cancellation policy (above) prior to making a reservation.

Occupancy

All rates are for occupancy by up to four persons at no additional charge. No more than four persons may occupy any room or suite.

Activities, Food & Beverage

GayDayS.com will be pleased to present a number of activities for your enjoyment, at no extra charge (see calendar). Additional activities may be available for a fee. All rates represent room only. We are not offering room-inclusive packages. NO FOOD OR BEVERAGE SERVICE IS INCLUDED IN OUR ROOM RATES.

Tax

All rates are subject to sales & tourist tax, which will be auto-calculated and charged accordingly when you reserve online or by phone.

Resort Fee

The Hotel Royal Plaza charges a nightly resort fee. This fee will be collected by the Hotel Royal Plaza at check out.
