Can I bring drinks to the pool?
We are delighted to inform you that beverages are permitted at the pool area. Please note that bags and glass bottles are not allowed for safety reasons. Additionally, while you are welcome to bring your drinks, we encourage you to also enjoy the offerings at the hotel bars and consider showing your appreciation by tipping the bartenders. Kindly be mindful, respectful, and responsible during your stay. . We encourage you to make the most of the hotel's bars, dining options, and amenities to show your support and appreciation.
What time is check-in?
Check in to the hotel is 4PM. Do not expect to have your room earlier than that. In some cases some of our guests do get lucky and able to get their room earlier than 4PM. Check out is 11AM
Can I bring my dog?
Normally the hotel is pet-free; however, we are making an exception for our group.
Pet fee is $75 + taxes per stay. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed per room, with a combined weight limit of 40lbs. This fee is payable at check-in.
What is included with my hotel reservation?
When you book your vacation destination hotel room with us your tickets to the Pool Parties are included. All events are included except, Red Room, Foam Parties, Comedy show and Drag Brunch etc. are a separate ticket. You may buy individual tickets ala carte, or we offer select passes that include multiple events at a discounted rate.
How much are the resort fees?
Attention- Hotel will charge $25 =Tax per night resort fee on arrival- Free Parking
Is there a fee to use the gym?
The Fitness Center will be Complimentary for all Overnight Guests.
How much does internet access cost?
Internet will be Complimentary for all Overnight Guests.
How much is parking at the hotel?
Parking is Free
Can the host hotel change?
YES- We hope that we can make agreements and contracts to stay at one hotel, however sometimes we need to make a change or that hotel may not be available. We will let our guests know if any changes were made to location prior to our event.
How do i get to Red Shirt day at the Magic Kingdom?
Our Host hotel offers a free shuttle to the Magic Kingdom
How do I login to view my reservation account?
Once you make a reservation an account is created and associated with the email address you used to make the reservation. Choose 'Reservation/Order Login' under the shop menu and then click the 'Log In' button. Choose the option to reset your password to create a new password for your account.
How do I make a partial payment for my reservation?
To make a partial payment you will need to contact us by emailing orders@gaydays.com from the email used to make the reservation. Include the booking id and amount you authorize us to pay. Indicate that you wish to use the credit card on file. If you prefer to use another payment method, we will need to take that information by phone at 888-942-9329. To pay in full you can log in to your account and make a payment.
How can I pay my reservation in full?
You can pay your reservation in full at any time by logging into your account to make a payment. The reservation system will allow you to make pay the balance but will not allow you to make a partial payment. Contact us at orders@gaydays.com to make any partial payment.

Are you a part of Gay Days® Disneyland?
We like to think of Gay Days® at Disneyland our Sister Event. However we do not plan that event. We just allowed them to use our name.
Is Gay Days® kid friendly?
Gay Days is an adult event, most of our events are 18+. If you attend you may see adults in tight speedos, but nudity is not allowed in public spaces.

How much is parking at the event?
Parking is free in 2026
What happends if things change?
GayDays® reserves the right to modify Event details, including venue location. Such changes do not qualify for a refund. The event dates remain unchanged and all reservations remain valid.
