Hotel Frequently  asked questions.

Can i Bring Drinks to the pool?

We are delighted to inform you that beverages are permitted at the pool area. Please note that bags and glass bottles are not allowed for safety reasons. Additionally, while you are welcome to bring your drinks, we encourage you to also enjoy the offerings at the hotel bars and consider showing your appreciation by tipping the bartenders. Kindly be mindful, respectful, and responsible during your stay. We express our gratitude to the DoubleTree for their long-standing partnership and warm welcome to Gay Days. We encourage you to make the most of the hotel's bars, dining options, and amenities to show your support and appreciation.

What time is Check in?

Check in to the hotel is 4PM.  Do not expect to have your room earlier than that.  In some cases some of our guests do get lucky and able to get their room earlier than 4PM.

Can i Bring my Dog?

DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Orlando at SeaWorld welcomes two pets up to 70 lbs for an additional fee of $50 per pet, per stay. Both dogs and cats are allowed, and well-behaved pets may be left in the room unattended. There is a large grassy pet relief area with waste station on the property.

Reservations/ Orders Frequently  asked questions.

How do i log into my account to view my reservation?

Once you make a reservation an account is created and associated with the email address you used to make the reservation.  Choose 'Reservation/Order Login' under the shop menu and then click the 'Log In' button.  Choose the option to reset your password to create a new password for your account.

How do i make a partial payment for my reservation?

To make a partial payment you will need to contact us by emailing orders@gaydays.com from the email used to make the reservation.  Include the booking id and amount you authorize us to pay.  Indicate that you wish to use the credit card on file. If you prefer to use another payment method, we will need to take that information by phone at 888-942-9329.  To pay in full you can log in to your account and make a payment.

How do i pay my reservation in full?

You can pay your reservation in full at any time by logging into your account to make a payment.  The reservation system will allow you to make pay the balance but will not allow you to make a partial payment.  Contact us at orders@gaydays.com to make any partial payment.

Are you a part of Gay Days® Disneyland?

We like to thank of Gay Days® at Disneyland our Sister Event. However we do not plan that event.  We just allowed them to use our name.

Is Gay Days® Kid Friendly?

Gay Days is an adult event, most of our events are 21+.  If you attend you may see adults in tight speedos, but nudity is not allowed in public spaces.

How Much is Parking?

We do our best when it comes to parking, we do contract a lower rate for our visitors each year.  Currently we do not have information on parking for 2025
