We are looking for friendly, fun, and inclusive members of the LGBT+ Community to become our Ambassadors!

Join the Team as an Ambassador!

​Our Ambassadors have helped GayDays® Orlando grow into one of the top annual Global LGBTQ+ destination experiences. It is through your shared commitment to diversity and inclusion, that GayDays® Orlando is able to welcome a large range of attendee across different generations, races and beliefs. Including parents, AA groups, straight allies and every other section of the community to our event!

To apply to become a part of the GayDays® Orlando 2026 Ambassador Team, please complete the below information, review and accept the GayDays® Orlando 2026 Code of Conduct and hit submit!

Once approved, a member of our Ambassador leadership team will reach out to you for any additional information!

PLEASE NOTE: MANDATORY TRAINING AND ORIENTATION will be held in May of 2026 and all ambassadors are required to attend. You will have the ability to choose from multiple dates/times. Official Dates will be communicated to you as we get closer!

Thank you for your interest with our Official GayDays® Orlando Ambassador Program. GayDays® 2025 event will be at the Doubletree by Hilton Orlando at SeaWorld. We are honored to be able in continuing our tradition in providing the best destination vacation in The City Beautiful, Orlando, FL., since 1991! Our Ambassadors commitment from prior years have helped GayDays® grow into a major business event.

Gay Days 2025 Ambassadors will be compensated in one of the following ways:

Ambassador Appreciation

Selecting this option will not be paid for their time, below are the perks!

  • One free ticket to the pool party for each shift you work.

  • 50% off Special Event tickets (Excludes Beach Ball at Aquatica).

  • Free Food and Beverage (Non-Alcohlic).

  • Invitation to our Ambassador Appreciation Party if you work over 20 hours during the event.


The Center Orlando

Ambassadors selecting this option will not be paid, but a donation to The Center Orlando will be made for each hour you work. A donation of $12 per hour worked will be donated to The Center Orlando. Visit www.thecenterorlando.org for more information about The Center Orlando.

All ambassadors are required to attend one Training session.

GayDays® Code of Conduct

Our mission is to provide our guests with the best LGBTQ vacation destination events. Even though we want to maintain a vacation and party atmosphere we are a business and as such our Ambassadors are asked to always be courteous, act professionally toward all guests, event staff and fellow ambassadors. Gay Days® organizes paid events for the enjoyment of our guests. Free or discounted admission to events are only authorized to be granted by management staff only. And, as with any business, alcoholic beverages should be consumed only after your shift is completed. More information of code of conduct will be provide at training and orientation.
