Cancellation Policy Schedule: Full Cancelation before 180 Days ( Minus Deposit) Cancel 121 Days to 180 Days: • Forfeit NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT • A penalty of 25% will be assessed and charged to the card on file or deducted from any payments received. • Forfeit NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT Cancel between 61 Days and 120 Days • A penalty of 75% will be assessed and charged to the card on file or deducted from any payments received. • Forfeit NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT Cancel between 31 Days to 60 • A penalty of 50% will be assessed and charged to the card on file or deducted from any payments received. • Forfeit NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT Cancel 30 Days or Less before event: • A penalty of 100% will be assessed and charged to the card on file. • Forfeit NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT ALL cancellations must be accompanied by a signed copy of the Cancellation Statement and a photocopy of the credit card holder's ID.
