Welcome to GayDays® Orlando.
For more than 35 years, GayDays® has brought the LGBTQ+ community together in Orlando. In 2027, we're doing it again — with an entire host hotel becoming the center of a multi-day LGBTQ+ vacation filled with music, entertainment, parties, new friends and plenty of surprises.
GayDays® Orlando 2027 takes place June 3–7, 2027 in Orlando, Florida.
And if you've never been before, this guide is for you.
🌈 What Exactly Is GayDays® Orlando?
GayDays® isn't just a party. And it isn't just one event.
Think of it as an LGBTQ+ destination vacation where the party comes to you.
Our official host hotel becomes GayDays headquarters for the weekend, bringing guests together in one resort environment for several days of pool parties, DJs, entertainment, competitions, games, nightlife, vendors, food, drinks and community.
Stay at the host hotel and you don't have to wonder where everyone is going next.
You're already there.
Come downstairs, grab a drink, meet someone new, hit the pool, catch a show, visit the Expo or stay out late dancing.
Then go upstairs to your room and do it all over again tomorrow.
Do I Have to Know Someone to Attend?
Absolutely not.
One of the best ways to experience GayDays for the first time is simply to come and get involved.
You'll find couples, singles, groups of friends, longtime GayDays guests and people experiencing their very first LGBTQ+ destination event.
You don't need the perfect body. You don't need designer clothes. You don't have to fit into a particular crowd.
Come as you are.
GayDays is about creating a friendly, welcoming and nonjudgmental environment where you can enjoy your vacation your way.
This Isn't One Music Genre All Weekend
One of the biggest changes for GayDays 2027 is our expanded music lineup.
We're bringing more variety to the pool throughout the weekend, including:
Country • 80s • 90s • 2000s • Queens of Pop • Showtunes • Latin • Remixes • Dance • Club Hits • Party Anthems
That means you might be singing along to a country favorite one afternoon and dancing to club music late into the night.
Different days. Different sounds. One GayDays weekend.
Yes, There Are Pool Parties
If you're searching for gay pool parties in Orlando, you've come to the right place.
The pool is one of the centers of GayDays.
Expect music, DJs, drinks, dancing, themed experiences and plenty of opportunities to meet people.
Some guests spend almost their entire vacation at the host hotel.
And we don't blame them.
But GayDays Is MUCH More Than Pool Parties
This is where first-time guests are often surprised.
Throughout the weekend, you can expect experiences such as:

Pool parties are included as part of the GayDays experience, while others may require separate admission or reservations.

Don't Miss the GayDays® Expo
The world-famous GayDays® Expo has been part of the GayDays experience for decades.
Explore LGBTQ+-friendly businesses, organizations, products, services and community groups all in one place.
It's also a great break from the Florida sun before heading back to the pool.
What Happens After Dark?
The energy doesn't disappear when the sun goes down.
GayDays After Dark brings a more adult side to the weekend with late-night entertainment and themed experiences.
2027 includes parties and experiences such as the Jock Strap Party, Pajama Party, Anything But Clothes Party, Underwear Party, Red Room and more.
Some After Dark experiences are intended for adults and may have specific admission requirements.
So yes — GayDays can get a little wild.
But how much or how little you participate is completely up to you.
Bears Are Welcome Too
Absolutely.
Beartopia at GayDays® brings additional bear and leather-focused experiences into the GayDays weekend.
Bears, cubs, otters, admirers and friends can enjoy the larger GayDays experience while also finding events and community specifically for them.
Should I Stay at the GayDays Host Hotel?
For a first-time guest, we strongly recommend it.
Staying at the official host hotel means you're not simply attending GayDays.
You're living in the middle of it.
Wake up and you're at GayDays.
Go downstairs and you're at GayDays.
Take a break in your room and come right back.
Stay out late without worrying about driving back to another hotel.
And because so many guests are staying together, some of the best parts of the weekend aren't scheduled at all — they're the people you meet along the way.
Is GayDays Expensive?
We're working hard to make GayDays an LGBTQ+ vacation that doesn't require spending a fortune.
Rooms can be shared with friends to divide the cost, and payment plans are available, allowing you to reserve your vacation and spread the balance over several months.
Right now, guests booking for 2027 can take advantage of an multi month payment plan.
I'm Coming From Out of Town. How Long Should I Stay?
GayDays® Orlando 2027 runs June 3–7, so staying Thursday through Monday gives you the opportunity to experience the full weekend.
If your schedule doesn't allow that, you can still join us for part of the event.
But be warned:
You may wish you had stayed longer.
Is GayDays Just for Single People?
No.
GayDays welcomes singles, couples, married couples and groups of friends.
You decide what kind of vacation you want.
Want to dance until late?
Do it.
Want to sit by the pool with your partner?
Perfect.
Want to shop the Expo, play trivia, watch a competition and call it an early night?
That's GayDays too.
There isn't one correct way to experience the weekend.
What If I'm Shy?
You won't be the only one.
Our advice for first-timers is simple:
Get out of your room.
Go to the pool. Attend trivia. Sing karaoke. Visit the Expo. Sit at the piano lounge. Join a game. Say hello to the person next to you.
You already have something in common with everyone around you:
You all decided to come to GayDays.
What Should I Bring?
Bring your normal Orlando vacation essentials — sunscreen, comfortable clothes, swimwear and something fun for the parties you want to attend.
Once the complete 2027 schedule and themes are announced, check the event information before packing so you can plan for any themed events you'd like to join.
Most importantly, bring an open mind and be ready to have fun.
