GayDays® is growing, and we're looking for passionate, creative, dependable, and fun people who want to help us create an unforgettable experience for our guests. Producing GayDays® takes much more than what you see during event weekend—it takes months of planning and a team of people bringing their individual talents together. We're currently seeking individuals interested in leadership, production, entertainment, VIP experiences, pageants, technical production, reservations and ticketing, social media, graphic design, local promotions, guest services, and Ambassador opportunities.

We're especially looking for people who believe in GayDays®, love the LGBTQ+ community, bring a positive attitude, aren't afraid to jump in when help is needed, and want to be part of building something special. Some positions require professional or specialized experience, while others are perfect for someone who simply has a great personality, a strong work ethic, and a desire to get involved.

Many opportunities with GayDays® are volunteer or limited-stipend positions, and we are particularly interested in people willing to donate some or all of their time to help support and grow the event. Depending on the position, responsibilities, experience, and available budget, some roles may include a stipend, commission, event access, hotel accommodations, meals, merchandise, or other benefits. Compensation expectations can be discussed during the selection process.

Most importantly, we're looking for team players and problem-solvers. GayDays® is a live event—plans change, unexpected things happen, and sometimes everyone needs to step outside their normal job description to get something done. We want people who can stay positive, make good decisions, support their teammates, and remember that everything we do ultimately comes back to creating an amazing experience for our guests.
