RESERVATIONS TERMS, POLICIES AND CANCELLATION INFORMATION:

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all travel and travel related Services offered for sale by GayDays® Inc (“GayDays”) and/or its officers, directors, employees, representatives, affiliates, agents, or subcontractors (hereinafter referred to as “GayDays, “we,” or “us”). When making a reservation, I understand and agree that the following conditions apply:

Payments To Your Reservations:

  • A credit/debit card must be on file to process automatic payments, if not you are responsible for submitting payments on time or forfeiting your reservation with no refunds.

  • Payment details and deadlines are scheduled below. 

  • A deposit of $100 is due at time of booking DEPOSIT(S) NON- REFUNDABLE.

Your Total amount of your reservation will be made in  equal payments:

Depending on your booking date your reservation will be divided equally and billed monthly on the 15th of the month as the last payment being May 15th

  • Reservation must be paid in full by the 120 Days mark from booking or reservation may be cancelled with no refund

  • To may any additional payments or different amounts, please email Gay Days® Reservations Staff at orders@gaydays.com.

**Any reservations that have not been paid in full will be put on a "NOT PAID IN FULL" status, room type, and category will be removed. **

Failure To Pay Room Reservations Balance by Deadline Date:

Any reservations that have not been paid in FULL will be cancelled on April 15, 2027, and you will forfeit the deposit, or any amount paid towards the reservations.

Prior to January 1, 2027, an initial NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT payment of $100 is due for each room. I can cancel my reservation before January 1, 2027, with no additional charges due.

Cancellation Policy Schedule:

Full Cancelation before 180 Days (Minus Deposit)

Cancel 121 Days to 180 Days:

  • Forfeit NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

  • A penalty of 25% will be assessed and charged to the card on file or deducted from any payments received.

  • Forfeit NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

Cancel between 61 Days and 120 Days

  • A penalty of 75% will be assessed and charged to the card on file or deducted from any payments received.

  • Forfeit NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

Cancel between 31 Days to 60

  • A penalty of 50% will be assessed and charged to the card on file or deducted from any payments received.

  • Forfeit NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

Cancel 30 Days or Less before event:

  • A penalty of 100% will be assessed and charged to the card on file.

  • Forfeit NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

ALL cancellations must be accompanied by a signed copy of the Cancellation Statement and a photocopy of the credit card holder's ID. Email to orders@gaydays.com.

If I cancel this reservation, I agree I will not attempt to use or to authorize or allow anyone else to use this hotel room/reservation during the time specified above. I give Gay Days, Inc., the right to resell or otherwise use the room in any way it sees fit.

CHANGES/MODIFICATION TO RESERVATION(S): Any changes including early check out, additional nights, name changes or removing a room night are subject to change fees.

**ALL REQUEST FOR CHANGES MUST BE SUBMITTED BEFORE MAY 1ST, 2027, AFTER MAY 1ST, A FEE WILL BE APPLIED. **

EARLY CHECK OUT FEES: - Room night and tax will be forfeited on the night room is not occupied. No refunds will be provided.

NO SHOWS/DID NOT ARRIVE (DURING THE EVENT): – Any reservations not checked in on the day arrival noted on the reservations will be marked “DID NOT ARRIVE” by hotel front desk, are cancelled and are not refundable, room type/number will be given removed and assigned to the next guest.

All reservations are subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Supplier of the Service(s). By placing an order with GayDays®, you agree to abide by all the Terms and Conditions of the applicable Suppliers without reservation, and to be bound by the limitations therein. If the Supplier’s Terms and Conditions are ever in conflict with the Terms and Conditions of GayDays® inc, GayDays® will control all issues relating to the liabilities and responsibilities of GayDays®. These Terms and Conditions contain penalties for cancellation as well as certain limitations of liability. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully, ask us any questions you have about them and/or consult an attorney before you agree to be bound by them. Guest acknowledges that they have taken note of these Terms and Conditions before making a booking and have accepted the same by payment of reservation.

GayDays® Event Ticket Policy & Procedure

Effective for All Event Tickets Purchased Through GayDays®

This Event Ticket Policy governs the purchase, use, transfer, cancellation, and attendance of all GayDays® event tickets, including but not limited to VIP Passes, Bingo Events, Pageants, Foam Parties, Red Room Admissions, Brunches, Comedy Shows, Pool Parties, Special Events, and other ticketed experiences. This policy is intended to supplement the GayDays® Reservation Terms and Conditions.

1. Ticket Sales Are Final

ALL EVENT TICKET SALES ARE FINAL.

GayDays® does not offer refunds, credits, exchanges, or transfers for event tickets under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Schedule conflicts

  • Travel delays or cancellations

  • Illness or medical conditions

  • Failure to attend an event

  • Weather conditions

  • Personal emergencies

  • Dissatisfaction with performers, entertainers, speakers, or event content

  • Early departure from an event

  • Change of plans

  • Event attendance judged after only a portion of the performance or experience

By purchasing an event ticket, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees that no refunds will be issued. All ticket sales are considered final at the time of purchase.

2. Event Changes

GayDays® reserves the right to modify, substitute, reschedule, relocate, or cancel any advertised performer, host, DJ, entertainer, activity, venue, schedule, or event component without prior notice.

Such changes shall not constitute grounds for a refund, chargeback, dispute, or credit.

If an event is canceled entirely by GayDays® and not replaced with a substantially similar event, GayDays® may, at its sole discretion, provide a credit or replacement admission.

3. No Chargebacks

Purchasers agree not to initiate chargebacks, payment disputes, or payment reversals for validly purchased tickets.

Any chargeback initiated after acceptance of these terms may result in:

  • Immediate cancellation of all tickets and reservations

  • Revocation of event credentials

  • Denial of future purchases

  • Collection efforts for unpaid balances

  • Recovery of administrative fees, processing costs, attorney fees, and related expenses where permitted by law

4. Ticket Holder Responsibility

Ticket holders are responsible for:

  • Verifying event dates, times, and locations prior to attendance

  • Arriving before the scheduled start time

  • Bringing valid government-issued identification when required

  • Following all venue and GayDays® policies

Late arrivals may be denied entry depending on venue capacity, safety requirements, or event procedures.

No refunds will be issued for late arrivals or denied entry resulting from failure to comply with event requirements.

5. Event Conduct

All ticket holders must comply with the GayDays® Code of Conduct and venue policies.

GayDays® reserves the right to remove any guest from an event for:

  • Harassment

  • Threatening behavior

  • Illegal drug use

  • Excessive intoxication

  • Violation of venue rules

  • Disruptive conduct

  • Failure to comply with instructions from GayDays® staff, security personnel, law enforcement, medical personnel, or venue management

Guests removed from any event for policy violations will receive no refund, credit, or compensation.

6. Event Capacity

Admission is subject to venue capacity and safety regulations.

Certain events may have limited seating, standing room, or priority access areas.

Possession of a ticket does not guarantee a specific seat unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

7. Photography and Video

By attending a GayDays® event, ticket holders consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes.

Such images and recordings may be used by GayDays® in print, digital, social media, advertising, and promotional materials without compensation to attendees.

8. Force Majeure

GayDays® shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, modifications, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather

  • Natural disasters

  • Government actions

  • Public health emergencies

  • Acts of terrorism

  • Labor disputes

  • Utility failures

  • Venue closures

  • Travel disruptions

In such situations, refunds are not guaranteed and will be issued only at the sole discretion of GayDays®.

9. Assumption of Risk

Attendance at GayDays® events is voluntary.

Guests assume all risks associated with participation, including risks related to travel, crowds, entertainment venues, weather conditions, and interactions with other attendees.

10. Agreement to Terms

Purchase, possession, or use of a GayDays® event ticket constitutes acceptance of this Event Ticket Policy and all applicable GayDays® Terms and Conditions.

Guests who do not agree to these terms should not purchase event tickets.

NO REFUND POLICY SUMMARY

All GayDays® event tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and final sale.

No refunds or credits will be issued for:

  • Missed events

  • Partial attendance

  • Early departure

  • Dissatisfaction with performers or content

  • Travel issues

  • Weather

  • Medical issues

  • Schedule changes

  • Personal emergencies

  • Removal for policy violations

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.
